FAQ

WELCOME TO OUR FAQ SECTION:

Covid-19 measures:

What measures do you have in place to reduce the risk of infection from Covid-19?

Whilst the uk government has relaxed many restrictions, House of Vans is still working hard to help ensure your safety. The venue is now operating with a reduced capacity limit to help allow social distancing. Good personal hygiene is encouraged with hand and surface sanitisation stations located throughout the venue. We operate a contact tracing system and have regular mandatory health assessments for all staff. All visitors will be subjected to a temperature check upon arrival at the venue and may be refused entry if their temperature is deemed to be out of the acceptable range. We also carry out a continuous program of enhanced cleaning and disinfection of all common touch points.

What do you expect from customers with respect to helping to reduce risks from Covid-19?

In line with government guidance, it is no longer mandatory for customers to wear a face covering whilst inside the venue, however we ask that all visitors to House of Vans should adopt a considerate approach at all times. If you wish to wear a face covering that is absolutely fine with us. We ask that you observe good hygiene, always respect other people’s personal space and strictly do not attend the venue if you feel at all unwell.

Is it compulsory to show proof of double vaccination or a negative test result to enter House of Vans?

For general entry to the venue to attend a skate session, art exhibition or cinema showing, it is not a requirement of entry that you show a “Vaccine Passport” or a negative Covid-19 test result. Entry requirements for certain other events such as live music gigs may be stricter and, if deemed necessary, you may be asked to provide proof of double vaccination or proof of a negative covid test result as a condition of entry. This will be decided on a case-by-case basis and will be advised to you in advance of booking tickets as well as in the ticket confirmation message that you will receive.
